У статті наведено позиції автора щодо об`єкта і предмета шахрайства з фінансовими ресурсами. Зроблено висновок, що об`єктом кримінально-правової охорони є правовідносини у господарській сфері, а предметом шахрайства з фінансовими ресурсами — грошові кошти, що надаються суб`єктам господарювання.

The article provides the author’s opinion regarding object and subject of financial speculation. They came to conclusion that the object of criminal-legal protection are the relationships in the sphere of economy and the subject of financial speculation — money resource, allocated to the entities of economy.
