"Visnyk of the Supreme Court of Ukraine" is a nationwide periodical published 12 times a year.
It was founded on 22 July 1994 by the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
According to the Resolution of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine No. 3-05/4 as of 14 October 2009, the scientific articles published in the periodical shall be recognized as the professional articles in the sphere of legal science in each individual case based on the opinion of the Expert Council on Legal Sciences and on motion of the Specialized Scientific Council.
