Taking into custody and extension of custody term on the stages of inquiry and pretrial investigation
У статті аналізуються положення кримінально-процесуального законодавства щодо застосування судами запобіжного заходу у вигляді взяття під варту та продовження строків тримання під вартою на стадіях дізнання й досудового слідства, а також із використанням матеріалів судової практики коментуються роз’яснення Пленуму Верховного Суду України з цього питання.
The article analyses regulations of criminal-procedural legislation in regard to courts application of preventive measure in the form of taking into custody and extension of custody terms on the stages of inquiry and pretrial investigation and also with involvement of judicial practice materials gives comments on explanations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine on this issue.
